Breton Ability Centre in collaboration with the Department of Community Services, is partnering to offer a Person-Directed Planning Program to assist individuals with disabilities/mental health challenges and their families.

Through the use of a Person-Directed Approach, individuals are given the opportunity to realize their strengths, talents, and dreams. Together we are hoping to facilitate the engagement of individuals in new opportunities for the future by connecting them and their supports with community connections and services.
