MEN OF THE DEEPS GEARING UP FOR FIRST HIGHLAND ARTS THEATRE PERFORMANCE!
As the iconic Men of the Deeps start the final tour of their 50th anniversary year, they'll be making a stop at the beautiful Highland Arts Theatre in downtown Sydney. The choir will recreate the very first tour and performance they ever gave, fifty years ago to the day.
On Wednesday November 2, 1966 the newly formed Men of the Deeps performed to a packed house at the now gone, but not forgotten, Vogue Theatre on Charlotte street. Fifty years later to the day, the group will head back to Sydney, to perform for audiences at the Highland Arts Theatre and they're hoping for a warm reception. The following evening, the group will partner with Breton Education Centre Band students in New Waterford, before they embark on their final anniversary tour around the Maritimes.
