CBRM resident Robert Burrows expressed concern about the safety at a crosswalk on Ocean Avenue in Dominion.

He shared a video to Facebook showing multiple cars fail to stop at the crosswalk despite three children waiting to cross. The youngest of the three gives a hand signal indicating their intent to cross, but it is ignored by multiple cars.
