Skip The Kitchen is a family owned Cape Breton Business. Our core team consists of a Mother, her sister, her eldest son and daughter. All four of us, over the last 35 years, have spread our wings to leave this beautiful Island and explore the rest of the world. One by one, we have returned with the solemn oath to never leave again.
Everyone enjoys a home cooked meal. Roast Turkey with mashed potatoes and homemade gravy..., ...Fish Cakes'n Beans....Cabbage Rolls ... In a world of fast food options, we get back to our roots and create dishes that are made from scratch with ingredients you would use within your own kitchen.... A wonderful alternative to fast food!
