My Trucker Friends have been at the front line lately and I would like to thank them for what I have always known they do.

Just a short tribute,
To you Gals & Guys.
For bringing our food,
And all our medical supplies.

I have written,
Much in the past.
About all the good that you do,
And finally at last.

You are being recognized,
For the service you provide.
To both of our countries,
You fill us with pride.

We are calling you heroes,
But I am sure you will say,
We are not heroes,
This is our job day after day.

To the motoring public,
I hope you will reflect.
Back to this time,
And treat Truckers with respect.

So from this old Trucker,
