When it comes to hockey, for me anyway, we tend to think of NHL greats like Wayne Gretzky and Sidney Crosby but often times we forget about where those greats and super greats all started. They started with their own Minor Hockey teams in their own small towns. It is the weekly practices as well as the wins and losses of those teams that makes a team and grows a young hockey player. These teams inspire minds and develop young stars to become the adults of tomorrow.

But what inspires someone to pick up a stick and chase a puck around a frozen pond or rink?
