This is not an overnight problem. With the amount of rats everywhere, it has been overlooked for a number of years and NO enforcement has been allocated when brought to the city attention years ago. Now, it’s out of hand! Why did it take putting video on social media to have them do something about this? All I can do is shake my head.🤦🏼‍♀️
