What are they thinking???? Once they allow an individual to built such a structure on their land, potentially in any neighbourhood in CBRM, there is no possible way they will be able to monitor/manage it's usage no matter how many people they hire to do so.Things could quickly get out of control if people see they can make a quick buck.
