Kudos to council for doing this and it's even more important to follow up which has been a flaw I have seen many times after reports/studies/reviews.Please don't just talk the talk.As a matter of fact, this is the type of thing that should be done on a regular basis by putting the Chiefs/Managers on the carpet before council on a regular basis. As we have seen in the past, citizens should not depend solely on an unelected CAO to do this as it seems to me this allowed Chiefs/Department Managers to "HAVE THEIR WAY".This is not supposed to be the way it works. So therefore.........WE ELECT COUNCILLORS TO DO THIS FOR US!!!!!
