Rain and high winds will continue Saturday night, according to Environment Canada.

It has been wet and windy for much of Nova Scotia all day, resulting in power outages across the province and delayed ferry crossings.
Localized flooding prompted Elections Nova Scotia to close a polling station in Sydney. Another closed in Donkin when the power went out.
Halifax Transit has paused ferry service. Shuttles will now be provided.
