It's a town so picturesque, it almost seems reverse engineered to look good on a postcard, so it was probably only a matter of time until the folks at Hallmark came calling to shoot a Christmas movie in Lunenburg.

They say they had to transform Lunenburg to capture have an urban back drop for the movie... hmmm okay I guess... (if Christmas Really needs an Urban Back drop) ... The real crime is that they did not use the any natural landscape and beautiful vistas of the Real Christmas Island to augment the movie. But felt like they had to use (steal!!) the the "place name" ..such a shame ....
