CBC NewsA medical clinic in Mahone Bay, N.S., is closed until further notice and appointments are being temporarily relocated following damage caused by a mercury spill last week, says the Nova Scotia Health Authority.
Communications adviser Keith Corcoran told CBC in an email that the damage at the Mahone Bay Medical Center happened while "old medical equipment containing mercury" was being removed from the facility. He said no one was injured.
