I absolutely DO NOT AGREE with the Health Minister having access to my medical records by any means. This is between my doctor and myself. Although Tim Houston and his government has spent millions on healthcare, I feel that the solutions the government has come up with are resulting in bandaged results. What is needed is having more doctors and nurses to service the 160,000 residents without a family doctor.
