Water woes in the Village of Baddeck [PODCAST]

Information Morning Cape Breton:

The Village of Baddeck is drawing more water than allowed from its well and sending partially treated sewage into the Bras d'Or Lake, which has put a hold on new development. Now the village commission is not happy with a limited offer of financial help from Victoria County.
