A man named Mike Chapman has announced that 'Lucky' the missing chow chow show dog from Kansas is now in his care. The dog escaped his local handler in New Waterford on July 15th and has evaded capture despite several sitings. Chapman is ex-military, and has training as a "missing pet recovery technician". He was providing his services pro bono with compensation only for his expenses.
