METI’s Full Time Programs include Environmental Health and Safety Technician, Class 1 Driver – Tractor Trailer, Construction & Oilfield Driver – Class 3, Pre-Employment Scaffold Program, and Oilfield & Construction Skilled Labourer.

ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH & SAFETY TECHNICIAN

This 18 week program provides students with the knowledge, skills and certifications required to work at home in Nova Scotia, in Western Canada's Oil and Gas industry or across Canada, in the Health, Safety & Environmental sector within a cross-section of industries.

CLASS 1 DRIVER – TRACTOR TRAILER

This 15-week program provides students with the knowledge, skills and 55 hours behind the wheel driving experience needed to meet the industry demands of a Class 1 Operator.

CONSTRUCTION & OILFIELD DRIVER - CLASS 3

The 6 week Construction & Oilfield Driver Certificate Program certifies the graduate to operate specialized trucks at home in Nova Scotia, across Canada and in Western Canada's Oil and Gas industry.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT SCAFFOLD PROGRAM

The curriculum we provide is specified and approved by SAIA’s Competent Person’s Training for Frame Scaffolds, Tube and Coupler (clamp) Scaffolds / and Systems Scaffolds.

OILFIELD & CONSTRUCTION SKILLED LABOURER

This 5 week program gives students a competitive advantage towards working as a skilled labourer within industry, whether at home in Nova Scotia, in Western Canada's Oil and Gas industry or across Canada.
