Silicon Valley entrepreneur and Stanford prof Steve Blank is the creator of the Customer Development model and the author of The Startup Owner's Manual. One of his students, Eric Ries, went on to create the Lean Launchpad.

Startup Tools is a page in Steve's personal blog which provides a treasure trove of online resources for new entrepreneurs, both in Canada and the USA.

Steve also offers a FREE course on Udacity: How to Build a Startup.
