Aside from our three Mainstage productions this fall, the HAT is presenting a unique theatre experience - a scary tale set in an actual haunted house on East Broadway in the Pier. This "site-specific" production will be our first experiment in taking the show on the road and out of the HAT. (You might say the HAT is finally going to Broadway!)
A haunting psychological thriller, Little One is the haunting story of adopted siblings Aaron and Claire--one the definition of normal, the other deeply disturbed and unpredictable--and the strange lives of their neighbours, a man and his mail-order bride.
This spooky adventure is scheduled just in time for Halloween, and features Mature Content and Language, so Viewer Discretion is advised.
Tickets will be $22 each plus HST and limited to 15 people per performance.
BOOK ONLINE NOW to reserve your space.
The performance lasts approximately 1 hour with no intermission. Masks are mandatory and you will be required to maintain 6 feet of distance at all times.
Additional performance information, including the location of the production, will be e-mailed to you the week before your performance. Please note: This production does NOT take place at the Highland Arts Theatre.
COVID-19 Protocols:
We are very grateful that it has been more than three months since we have had a new confirmed case of COVID-19 in Cape Breton, however, it is essential that we do not become overly relaxed or complacent. We will be complying with all provincial and federal recommendations and guidelines. Please be advised that protocols could change at any time pending provincial order or increased risk.
All audiences will be limited to 15 people per performance. Every seat will automatically be booked with a six-foot "bubble" around their seats to ensure mandatory physical distancing. Masks will be manditory upon entrance and throughout performance. Washrooms will be gender-neutral for the time being and limited to one-person per washroom at a time. (Disinfectant will be used between each use.) All facilities will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between performances.
We are committed to keeping our audience, staff, and artists safe and secure. If you have any feedback or concerns, please feel free to contact us at: [email protected]
Thank you so much and see you soon at the HAT!
