~ An Experiment in Radical Access ~
In the light of this unprecedented time, we are trying something Radical: We want to become the first Professional, Community-Funded Theatre in Canada. We are looking for 2000 people to make monthly donations of $25 or more to publicly fund our operations and projects and as a result, we will offer all 12 Mainstage plays and musicals every year free of charge.
We haven't quite reached that goal, but we know that can work and we're willing to make the first move.
As an experiment, our two August productions - House and John & Jen - will be free of charge so that we can prove this model will work and be amazing for our community.
If you're trying it out, we highly encourage you to make a monthly pledge and help us reach our goal so we can finally rely on a consistent revenue stream and know month-to-month that we can pay our bills. For more information or to make your pledge, CLICK HERE
If you book your tickets and then do not need them, please let us know no less than 6 hours before showtime by e-mailing us at: [email protected]
