The access road to one of the CBRM's best sandy beaches opens June 30th at noon.

Kennington Cove has lots of sand, rocky vistas, great rolling wave action, a full grassy picnic area, a more private tree-lined picnic area, and even a small pond known to have a few trout accessible directly from the beach.
