I don't think this will bring back coal jobs . Coal has been replaced by cheaper renewable sources of energy . Even China is turning away from coal . Just because an industry existed doesn't mean it needs to be brought back . Civilization evolves and so does industry . Blood letting and leeches aren't coming back and neither is cosl . The EPA didn't kill coal , evolution did .
