Two of Cape Breton Island's preeminent business organizations are currently seeking CEOs.

The Sydney and Area Chamber of Commerce is currently seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead the Chamber as the voice of the private sector in the Cape Breton Regional Municipality (CBRM). Interested parties may forward their cover letter and resume to [email protected] by 5pm on Thursday, February 1st.

On January 19, 2018, the Cape Breton Partnership’s President and CEO, Keith MacDonald, announced that he will be stepping down from his role next month. The Partnership will be posting the position vacancy in the coming weeks. MacDonald will remain in his position over the next number of weeks to assist in the transition for the board, staff, and investors.
