It’s also a chance to get together with family and old friends - all the while letting every Canadian affected by Crohn’s or colitis know that they are not alone.

This year we will introduce a series of exciting new events and activities, plus a 25 day countdown to honor 25 year milestone of Gutsy Walk. You can look out for toilet paper fun, trivia games and a walk down memory lane! We have something for everyone, all in support of Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis urgent research and patient programs.

The health and safety of the Crohn’s and Colitis Canada community continues to be a top priority as we navigate through the COVID-19 pandemic. A virtual walk allows our community to still come together across Canada all on one day, Sunday August 23rd, 2020.

While this pandemic affects us today – the urgent research we fund is long-lasting.

With technology a click away, and from the comfort of everyone’s homes, neighborhood, or park, everyone is invited to walk, run, skip, or jump. We will rally the entire Crohn’s and colitis community, along with friends and families, to walk together virtually. Anywhere. Anyhow!
