Whitney Pier Youth Club looking for Volunteers for their New Expansion

Few volunteers and poor weather has caused delays for Whitney Pier Youth Club's $350,000 no frills expansion plan. 

The club is looking for skilled tradespeople in construction to help, but the only thing people require to volunteer is a pair of steel-toed boots.

So far, only the basement and the subfloor for the main level have been built.
