Today we substituted pasta for Zucchini and to be honest I absolutely love it. It's great alternative if you have a gluten allergy or trying to watch your sugar intake. Its a very easy dish to make, I'm no professional so if I can pull it off so can you. It's funny growing up in Cape Breton we never ever made dishes like this for supper. I credit the amazing restaurants we have on our island for opening our eyes and stomachs to so many great dishes and ingredients. We all need to eat to live so we may as well start learning to make some great food together.
