As we all know, there has been a few food eating challenges taking place around town. I have been following a recent one from Flavor Cape Breton. I have noticed some banter bordering on smack talk really. Jerry Holland Jr. (goCapeBreton.com) challenges Cory Blundon (co-owner of The Mermaid)

This is a link to my post, check out the comments. I think a good ol show down is in order. Dani Mullins brought up an awesome idea to do this challenge for a charity, love that idea, what do you all think? I am waiting to hear back from Scott Morrison (Flavor Cape Breton) on this.

"I see this challenge put out there. I also see a start of some smack talk between Jerry Holland Jr.. and Cory Blundon of The Mermaid Kitchen. Maybe you boys should put your belly where your mouths are and have a throw down at the table and settle this thing once and for all! Scott Morrison, what are your thoughts on this?"

So, now what? Drop a note to one or all involved in this little banter/challenge and edge em on! Who will we raise money for?
